This week, bosses at Web 2.0 browser Flock announced that version 1.0 will be available from the autumn. The browser, built on the Firefox engine, is specifically designed to integrate with social services such as Flickr and Delicious. The 1.0 version will feature a photo bar showing when friends' photo websites are updated and include improved RSS functions.

News from the Google camp indicates that the search giant is starting to respond to the age old problem of click fraud. The company is to make changes to its AdWords system that will enable site owners to see the number of invalid clicks that Google has discovered. Without this kind of information commercial sites can lose an average 14 per cent of traffic to click fraud.

Microsoft hasn't had the best start to its launch of Windows Live Spaces with the community facing technical problems on its first day. Have a great weekend.
