Hi there!

Open Rights Group has also weighed in with its anti-DRM campaign by publishing a '30 Things We Can Do About DRM' factsheet.
Bebo is catching
eBay as the most searched for web brand in the UK. Internet research firm Hitwise reports that since May, Bebo has been the second most searched-for brand in the UK after eBay, and is narrowing the gap. The gap in the share of searches for 'ebay' and 'bebo' was only five per cent in the four weeks to 30 September 2006, down from 25 per cent three months ago and 80 per cent six months ago, according to Hitwise. Social networking sites Bebo, MySpace and YouTube have joined Faceparty among the top 20 most searched-for brands in the UK this year.
The maker of spiced ham food product
SPAM has failed in its attempt to register the word as a trademark for junk email. Hormel Foods took its legal battle all the way to the EU trademark body, the Office of Harmonisation for the Internal Market (OHIM), claiming most people thought of its meat product when hearing the word spam, rather than associating it with junk email. However, the OHIM turned down the appeal, saying that people buying software to beat spam would not confuse these with the meat product - no really!
That's all from us this week, have a great weekend.
