Hi there,
The .net newsletter has returned! Due to the fact that we've been cooking up some exciting new web projects here at .net, the newsletter had to go on the back-burner. But it's back, with more reheated web goodies to suit all tastes (right, that's the end of the crappy cooking metaphor!)
First up, we'd like to remind you about the 2007 .net Awards. We're taking nominations until 16 October, and it would be great if you could spare a minute to vote for your web favourites. Pop over to www.thenetawards.com for more info.
Elsewhere, we've got a cracking interview with Jimmy Wales, the outspoken founder of Wikipedia, and we've caught up with Shane Seminole Mielke, the creative director at 2Advanced Studios. Shane's come a long way since his early days as stage security for the likes of Pantera, and he's an inspirational figure within the web design community.
If there's nothing there to whet your appetite (sorry, we're back to food), then pay a visit to www.netmag.co.uk, where you'll find interviews, features, tutorials and more!
Have a great weekend!
