This week, Adobe announced (on its blog) Creative Suite 3, the long-awaited new versions of its publishing applications, including Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash. Launch date is set for 27 March. Adobe said it would be the largest software release in its 25-year history, yet remained tightlipped about the details. We’ll keep you up to date.
Skype has released Skype Prime, a new beta service that enables users to charge for calls. Consultants will love it because you’ll be able to set the fees on a per minute or a per call basis.
You may have noticed that issue 161 of .net went on sale today, which includes an exclusive interview with BitTorrent’s Bram Cohen. BitTorrent, of course, has released its new legitimate entertainment store at www.bittorrent.com, but most of the videos only seem to be available to the US. We’re robbed. Boooo!
Have a great weekend (despite this)!
