There’s been plenty going on in the web world too. In the week that Google was officially added to the dictionary security experts warned this week that Google Mail might not be as robust as its user user base thinks. A widespread email campaign stalking Gmail users has reported by Sophos. The email, claiming the recipient has won a cash prize, contains a link to a phishing scam.
Music lovers are buying almost one million tunes a week. New figures from the BPI show that digital sales for the first half of this year already stand at 24.3 million tracks, just two million short of the entire total for 2005. The downloading phenomenon is set to grow even further with songs in digital format now accounting for half of all single sales in Britain.
Hope you enjoy the new look mag and site.
